My finished prop is 28" long. The original machete was a little bit longer. It was the longest one I could find on ebay but it's a little short compared the the real prop.

Coolness. I'd like to put together additional Jason tutorials but I have to balance them out with other things like the Star Wars costumes I'm working on. I'm sure I'll get back to Mr. Voorhees before next Halloween. Stay tuned.

Thanks for the speedy reply! I used your Michael Myers costume for halloween and was the scariest thing in the whole club. Can we expect a painting tutorial for jason's mask? How about the rest of his costume?

I hope you're getting some comission from all the halloween supplies you're indirectly selling.

The one I'm wearing is a NoFace blank i ordered off ebay a few years ago. It came as a raw pull and I cut it out, added straps, and painted it myself. These days your best bet is FRIGHTSTUFF. Their masks are made from the original part 3 mold and can be ordered in various states of completion. The only thing he can't do is paint them up as that is his agreement with the F13 rights holders. But since the mold is his own creation he can make and sell the masks legally. BTW, that's a frightstuff mask behind me in the vid (the white one)...I just haven't painted it yet.
