		<description>Andrew, I&#039;m sorry but I don&#039;t know anything about making a Lexan version.  I honestly don&#039;t see how it could be any safer than this one, but to each their own.  Most stunt props are made of a firm foam with rigid fiberglass supports underneath.  The guys who make hyperfirm blasters for the 501st only do that as a side line.
